Fiber Optic Valley

Fiber optic components and systems play an important role in the telecommunications networks of the future, and within growth areas such as sensors and tele-medicine.

Within the Fiber Optic Valley new projects are continuously started to develop services within the broad-band network while pushing the development forward. One of the on-going projects is research within elder care - old@home - and another one is the test-bed that Acreo is developing and managing.
