We develop materials and devices within the field of organic electroactive materials. The electrochemical devices offer some specific advantages:
- Low operating voltages; typically 0,5-2 Volts
- Printing techniques can be used to deposit the components on rough substrates
- High speed reel-to-reel manufacturing on flexible substrates can be utilized
Inorganic - Organic Hybrid Technologies
In addition to all-organic devices we also work with organic-inorganic hybrids. The purpose is to improve the polymeric materials by combining them with inorganic species.
Dry Phase Patterning of Metal Conductors
Advantages of the method are low production cost and the possibility to implement the technology in a printing production system. Interesting applications are all kind of passive components on flexible substrate such as conductors, resistors, inductors and antennas.
